- Assist Title I campuses with materials, supplies, professional development activities and parental involvement programs funded by Title I funds. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
- High school diploma or GED
- Educational Aide I certification
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with adults and children
- Strong organization and file management skills
- Efficient computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of or ability to learn record keeping regulations as required by state and federal government
- Reading and interpreting skills

- Knowledge of general office equipment
Experience
- Verifiable experience working with children (e.g. daycare, Sunday school, sports, girl/boy scouts)

Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist Title I campuses staff and Federal Programs Department in obtaining, organizing, and tracking all instructional materials and supplies purchased with Title I funds.
- Assist tracking all professional development activities funded by Title I funds.
- Assist Title I campuses with parental involvement activities.
- Complete all assignments from Title I campus principals, which could include working with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional exercises assigned by the teacher.
- Participate in in-service training programs, faculty meetings, and special events as needed.
- Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations, and state and local board policy.
- Exhibit CCISD Core Values of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
- Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
- Stay up-to-date professionally through the selection of quality professional learning opportunities for personal growth.
