Primary Purpose 

Provide clerical and operational support for the Network & Technical Services teams. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.

 

Qualifications                

Education/Certification/Licensure

High School diploma or GED, college preferred

Must pass CCISD Drug and Alcohol Abuse Standards

Must pass criminal history and VMR driving record check as required by CCISD

               

Special Knowledge/Skills

Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills

Knowledge of general office procedures

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in district standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Office

Ability to read, follow, and interpret district and department procedures

               

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting

Previous school district experience preferred

 

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Provide clerical support to the Director of Network & Technical Services and the Network Technical Services teams.
  2. Process payroll for the Network & Technical Services teams.
  3. Assist the Helpdesk analyst by providing professional and friendly customer support to district staff in person, through electronic communication and over the phone.
  4. Assist the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer as needed.
  5. Assist the Technology Purchasing clerk with processing purchasing requests from Technology and district staff as needed.

  7. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.

  10. Participate as an effective team member who contributes to district, department, and content goals.
  11. Demonstrates proficient levels of technology applications.
  12. Participates fully in drills and safety exercises to provide for the safety and overall emotional wellbeing of students.
  13. Utilize time wisely for effective management of job responsibilities.
  14. Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings.
  15. Meet task completion deadlines established by supervisor.
  16. Maintain friendly customer-service-driven interactions with all stakeholders, students, teachers, administrators, and co-workers.
  17. Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that the goals of the school/department are met.
  18. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal).
  19. Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
