Education/Certification
- High school diploma or GED

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years general office experience and using a computer
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Input data on student systems as requested by administrative staff or head counselor.
- Input TAAS data into computer and keep TAAS no-mastery data current.
- Be responsible for PEIMS data accuracy.
- Maintain demographic files on students.
- Be accountable for accuracy of all required enrollment forms.
- Verify accuracy of all student data.
- Deal professionally with highly confidential student and teacher information.
- Be responsible for implementation and printing the following: progress reports, student rosters, grade sheets, student report cards, demographic labels, attendance reports, eligibility reports, class rosters, error reports, and failure reports.
- Be responsible for maintaining auditable documents and insuring all special programs coordinators have verified and approved data.
- Attend all IMS workshops/updates.
- Stay up-to-date professionally through the selection of quality staff development opportunities for personal growth.
- Research district policy, precedent, and current practices prior to taking action.
- Participate as an effective team member who contributes to district, department, and content goals.
- Demonstrate integrity and ethics.
- Display proficient levels of technology applications.
- Utilize time wisely for effective management of job responsibilities.
- Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings.
- Meet task completion deadlines established by supervisor.
- Maintain friendly customer-service-driven interactions with all stakeholders, students, teachers, administrators, and co-workers.
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that the goals of the school/department are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal).
- Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
